近期，我司（深圳市深视智能科技股份有限公司）陆续收到市场反馈，部分商家在未获授权的情况下，通过淘宝、拼多多、京东、闲鱼等第三方平台发布无法实际成交的“低价”产品信息进行引流。此类行为严重误导消费者，扰乱市场秩序，并直接损害我司品牌声誉，并可能对购买者造成财产损失或使用风险。为此，我司特发布严正声明如下：

一、关于产品价格
我司对产品价格实行统一严格管控。经查，电商平台中出现的所谓“超低价格”均为商家为吸引咨询所发布的虚假信息，无法实际成交。请广大客户切勿轻信，谨防受骗。

二、关于官方渠道
我司产品销售渠道仅限于以下两类：

1.我司直属销售人员；

2.我司授权的签约代理商。

除上述渠道外，我司未授权任何第三方平台、网店或个人从事产品销售或报价。

三、关于产品真伪辨别

为保障您的合法权益，请务必通过上述官方渠道购买产品。如对产品来源存在疑问，欢迎拨打官方热线：400-966-0626进行核实。

对于上述未经授权使用我司商标、虚假宣传、不正当竞争及可能涉及销售假冒伪劣产品的行为，我司保留向电商平台投诉、向市场监管部门举报及提起诉讼的一切权利。

   Recently, Shenzhen SinceVision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Our Company”) has received increasing market feedback indicating that some unauthorized merchants have published misleading “low-price” product listings on third-party platforms such as Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD.com, and Goofish.com without authorization from Our Company. These listings are often unavailable for actual transactions and are used to attract customer traffic, which seriously misleads consumers, disrupts the market order, damages our brand reputation, and may cause financial losses or usage risks to purchasers.

Therefore, Our Company hereby issues the following solemn statement:

I. About Product Price

SinceVision's product price system is strictly and uniformly controlled. After verification by our company, all ultra-low prices on E-commerce platforms are false information from the merchants, and actual transactions cannot be reached. Please don't trust such unofficial quotations, and beware of being deceived.

II. About Official Channels

Our product sales are limited to the following two channels:

1. The official website of Our Company;

2. Officially authorized agents.

Apart from the above channels, Our Company has not authorized any other third-party platforms or individuals to sell SinceVision brand products.
